In most places car insurances are compulsory yet I think everyone who purchases a car needs insurances for the sake of their welfare. Though we all take extra precautions when it comes to driving the inevitable may still happen. There are a lot of offensive drivers on the road that is why we should protect ourselves from incurring much financial damages through acquiring auto insurances. There are a few options for the coverage. You may have chose policies that includes medical payments, physical damage, third parties which takes account of damage of the car and injury to persons and third party, fore and theft. There are also instances wherein it is not the insurer who settles to what premium they have to acquire instead the insurance company or the government decide. The profile of the driver can affect it. Those who have a history with accidents, traffic violations are subjected to higher fees. First time and young drivers are more at risk that is why theirs are also set higher. By the time you reach 25 years old, it become lower. As a general rule, the more a person is vulnerable to accidents the greater the premium. Though we may have insurance, we should always take precautionary measures in driving.

Enticing offers

I am all fired up to get a hand of a brand new car. To make it easier for me to purchase my car, I am considering having a car loan. There are several ways on how to get a loan like you can a broker, search through an online loaning service or you can opt for a bank. Different dealers have really enticing financial offers yet I have to think it over to be able to get the best one. I prefer to get one from my personal bank. I have already established an account plus I have few connections. It is the most convenient way for me because they have the cheapest interest rates, they do transactions fast, approve loans quickly especially with their trusted customers, and they can give you longer extensions for payment. Even if I will use a loan I still plan to pay a significant amount for the down payment, maybe about more than thirty percent of the total value so that I will just borrow less money so that it would be easier for me to pay and there will be lower interest rates. Hopefully my tactic for financing my new car will not be a burden but instead it will be a great help for me.

Out of the old, in with the new

After several years, I have overused and grown old with my previous car. Even if I really love the old one it already needs changing and I just don’t want the car to die on me while I am on the road. It is the moment when I pondered whether it is already time to dispose it and have a brand new one. Though buying a brand new one is more expensive, there will be fewer maintenance issues and there is also a warranty therefore I will be assured that the car will be in its best performance. This is a reward for me, from all the overtime and hard work that I did in my past. This is not an impulse buying. I have to prepare for this new expenditure for quite a while. Before purchasing one, I should be assured that my work is stable enough so that I won’t have problem with my finances in the long run. I need to set aside a huge amount of cash so that I can have lower monthly payments. I had to tighten my belt and save as much as possible so that in time I can buy a new one. Finally I can be all set to have fulfil my guilty pleasure.

Formula One Race

Formula One or F1 is the highest class of racing all over the world. It is a global event where all the fastest drivers and speediest and performance cars can be found. Though billions of dollars are spent just to hold it, the economic gain surpasses the credits. A great number of audiences and advertisers floods that is why it is conducive for a many business opportunities. Many personalities were known through this sport like Juan Manuel Fangio, Stirling Moss and of course who can forget Micheal Schumacher who partnered with Ferrari, became a legend because of his 6 winning streaks.

During the race each should have a constructor and a driver. They also need a second driver in case of injuries and inevitable circumstances. The racers compete within a circuit and they usually have an estimated speed of 300 kilometres per hour which makes them almost flying. Because of the high speed, the F1 cars need to stop at the pit lane for refuelling and changing of tyres and do minor repairs by their crews within the race. Too much tension and heat causes fast combustion and gives more pressure for the tyre. Though it is a death defying sport its distinction captivates interest worldwide.

Adrenaline rush

One movie that marked in my mind is the movie “The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift”. The stunts in the movie are very much exhilarating. Because of the movie many people are inspired, including me, to try such form of driving. Many people try it because of the adrenaline rush and the thrill. Though it may seem easy to do, it requires a lot of skills and knowledge. The driver should have a firm control on the steering wheel and he should also know the physics involved and also the techniques in drifting. As seen in the movie, it is not only learned in a day. Before you even attempt to do it, you should know a few lessons before you hit the road and over steer your wheels. First thing to know is that not every car can do the work. A RWD or rear-wheel-drive is the best possible car to easily make drifts. For beginners, look for an open space or race track with asphalt so that you can practice safely. This sport poses a lot of danger so it is better to always wear the safety gears and it requires a lot of practice in order to drive safely and gracefully swerve and the curvy streets.

There may be lots of reasons why people tend to buy used cars but the bottom line is that you can save a lot of money compared to buying something that is brand new. After 3 years of use, a brand new car’s value usually depreciates. That is why it is important that the buyers should be knowledgeable so that his purchase will be worth the money spent. You should be updated with the ongoing rates of the car that you plan to procure. Set your budget and be sure that your finance is stable enough. If you have eyed on a car be sure that you inspect the overall quality of the car. Check on the mileage. An average of ten thousand miles a year would be sensible. If you are not familiar it is better to bring someone who knows the round about of the car you plan to purchase. Check on the brakes, tyres, suspension, crackling noises, transmission, and engine and be sure that the plate is compatible with the given registration. It is also a must to do a test drive to know if it smoothly works. Inspect the body kit and see if there are scratches, rusts, holes and breaks. A wise buyer scrutinizes everything to be able to get a quality car.

When I was just a beginner I decided to just buy a second hand Honda civic 2006 model. . Honda releases models which are saleable and they are good in terms of fuel economy. The car is from a good friend of mine, it is spacious and still in good condition. It has very mild surface rust, frame is undamaged and it has no damp spots on the carpet. I also did not have enough money yet that is why I just opted for an old car. Though that time I was on a tight budget, I still wanted to upgrade the style of the car. To make it look more unique I found a few ways to customize it in a less costly manner. It is convenient to search through the net to search some ideas and shop for the latest and hippest accessories. An aluminium bumper may be added in the front or the rear end. It does not only for aesthetic purposes but also it prevents severe damage if ever collisions happen. It will save you from expensive payment from major damages. Aside from it, a spoiler at the back and hub caps for the wheels gives a total makeover and character. With simple efforts and affordable products you can turn your average car into extraordinary one.

How to keep your car perfoming well

For this day I have scheduled my car to undergo change oil. It was advised by the previous owner of my car as a part of the regular maintenance and also to keep it having a good performance and run smoothly. It should be done at least after three thousand miles of running to ensure that the car will have a longer lifespan. The engine and its part should always be kept lubricated with oil. If you do not do this the moving parts can cause friction or it will all jam in resulting to engine failing. You can also save fuel since less heat for the combustion will be produced. Aside from it there are still a lot of things to do to keep your car functioning well. You have the option to have done by the professional or do it yourself.

To check out the engine oil you should first stop the engine. Locate the dipstick then remove it and clean it with a tissue or rag then reinsert it again. After doing so, lift the dipstick again and see if the oil level is on the full or low level. Full level means you don’t need to worry while if it is in low level you don’t have to panic yet but it is better if you change it soon. Also observe if the it is black definitely needs changing, brown and transparent mean it is just ok. Prevention and maintenance is a must to avoid problems with your car.

A work in progress

My father is fond of old cars. As a matter of fact he has owned several old models of Mercedes Benz. He had tried to make a few adjustments for the car like having new seats and improving the machine yet I think he was not able to fully restore any of them. Inspired by the TV show pimped my ride, my brother and I finally decided to upgrade his old Mercedez Benz car. My older brother made a lot convincing since we had to put a great amount of money, time and effort to finish this new project. It is supposedly a gift for our dad so that he will be able to achieve his ambition to bring back his car to the best possible condition and beauty.

The car has been sitting for a while in the garage that is why it needs a lot of conditioning, from the engine, transmission, electrical system, upholstery and body paint. This would surely be a lot of work for us. We brought the car to our family mechanic and so the car was stripped to work on it simultaneously. The body frame was repainted and the seats, panel and dashboard were all cleaned and repaired. The mechanic also checks and fix on the engine and he was able to meticulously repair the breaks, stater, radiator, carburator and all the other specifications. We are really hands down to him since it was really a gruelling job. After seeing the fished car restoration we are really happy that the car is already presentable and usable again.

Setting up the beat

A nice long trip for me composes of having to drive for long hours without the hassle of traffic, going to the perfect destination while listening to good music. After I have bought my second hand car, my next target is to have a good audio set up. I immediately went to a store and bought a stereo that can fit in the deck together with the whole wiring system kit and antenna adapter. Removing the old one is quite complicated since you may break or scratch the pieces. A pair of screw drivers and metric socket should be on hand then you are ready to go.

After opening the dash kit just follow the instructions on the manual step by step. After taking it out, plug the wires together. It was just easy to plug the harness together since they are color coordinated, same colors go together. After it, you can already insert the radio box and adapter antenna and be sure that the wires are kept connected in place. There may be a click that signals that it is locked. Now the screws can already be placed together with the panels that you have removed. After having installed my new radio I am now good to go with the music banging inside my car.
